Aye, is a real swish spider. Unbelievable how it's actually 'agressive' though - the wee bastards seemingly go out of their way to attack things, unlike most of the other nasty spiders that are guaged more as defensive. Had a friend that used to breed them, though personally never was too interested in massing up on the really dangerous ones. Worst part with that spider (beyond having an erection so brutal that it could be your last ever) is how seriously fucked up and infected the wounds get afterwards:



Nitric oxide and Nitrous oxide are chemically different, and give quite differing effects. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is a larger molecule with 2 nitrogens (as oppose to ntiric oxide's single nitrogen). Oxygen does give rise to nitric oxide from nitrous oxide though, and the nitric (NO) is a common neurotransmitter. Probably a case of the neurotransmitter being produced after administration but the applied pathway determining the sites upon which it acts (most likely through direct inhibition). Doesn't seem to be too much specific info online though
