Yo this is a fresh post on the forum. tho I am an adamant creeper of the website

Question, how to go about creating a sound similiar to this... KRILLEX http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHB5-ArUxKI
b4 anyone says it this is not dubstep, but the bassline wobble is definitely influenced by it and is a good example.

so yeh the mid-bass after the drop, been trying to replicate a similiar sound by bouncing a saturated wobble made in albino3 or massive. running through some distortion, sends to other distortion or bitrushers etc. and maybe adding more stereo to aspects of the sound.... but just cant get it.
I find bitcrushing anything other then a clean sin eventualy turning to a near static mess.

can anyone please shed some light on how to get closer to this sound, wether it be resample resample resample, or techique..

I would greatly appreciate it !

just to clear up. this is not another rooky post asking about how to make 'wobble'
Im fairly computer literate when producing sound so dont be afraid to get technical :)

Cheers guys

surely the fad must be losing some steam by now?

folks, you can make crunchy, grimey basslines without sounding like every other brostep artist. make your own sound already.

I love my wobbles...
yet I don't make brostep.
all about soul & depth for me.

My new track (in ma sig), has some badboy raspy abrasive wubs, yet its still deep as fuck ay.
its all about the rest of ya sounds I reckon.

That's exactly what it is mate. It always pains me when someone claims to be a lurker but somehow didn't read the stickies OR try searching first :/
