Hello all...

Just trying to gather some donations together for "Movember".... I'm basically growing a 'tache for a month in order to gain sponsorship to raise money for the prostate cancer charity. Here's a little bit of info on the event in case you're not familiar with the Movember phenomenon!

Movember is a charity event organised by the prostate cancer charity every year in november. It encourages men to grow a moustache in order to gain sposorship from their peers to help raise money and awareness for the prostate cancer charity, who in turn will use the donations to help the prevention and treatment of the effects of prostate cancer globally.

A few of my friends and I have got together to raise money by growing our facial hair for a month! We will be updating our facebook pages / twitter etc. with regular photos to document our progress, so that people know their donations are being correctly represented by myself and my team-mates!

Any donations large or small will be greatly appreciated. I'm sure every one of us is related to or knows somebody who has been touched by cancer at some stage in their life, hopefully doing something as silly as growing a moustache for a month will help somebody out there win their fight.

Bumping this! In under a week my team has raised over £750 and that's definitely down to some of you guys as well so thanks so much for that!

We've got all month still to go, so if you've not helped out just yet there's plenty of time. 50p is the minimum donation, and all donations are gratefully received.

WEEK 1

Its been a bit of a poor effort on the tache front in the first week, but it's taking shape. More importantly I've managed to raise £499 so far for the prostate cancer charity! Including support from some big names in the scene, and Rinse FM family such as Skream, Benga, Roska, and Elijah. Also special shouts to Gia and the Dubstep Massive crew in Miami for their continued support and blogging of our progress which is helping raise awareness for our charity push!

My team "Wotless" has raised over £1000 already. Please donate if you haven't already! All donations are greatly recieved. If you have a blog / twitter etc. please feel free to help out by posting up a link for me.
