Hey guys, my apologies if this is the wrong area to post this, but I recorded this song off Dubstep.fm a while ago, and still don't know what it is. The 20 second clip is all I have of it.

Anyways, this is one of the craziest things I have ever heard, and would really appreciate any identification.
