Having entered the world of electronic music recently, I'm looking to learn synthesis asap (prior to now all my productions only used synths for some basslines.
Anyway, whilst searching I found these videos, which i thought were great for beginners like me - the guy explains each parameter well and shows you the effects of each. He uses Reason's subtractor synth which is laid out clearly so a good for a beginner. Hope this helps people!

It should be generic enough to follow whether you have reason or not.

This is really interesting, I'll be sure to watch all the parts..
I'm not digging his voice though, he sounds like a young Bob Ross... He could put you to sleep.

Have you heard the guy from boy in a band? He sounds like he's 12. He does some freakin' awesome tutorials and gives generally really good tips but his voice... ack. Hard to listen to

smh. Yes I know this. I'm just not a big fan of reason just like most people dislike FL Studio.
