This November, the Red Bull Music Academy will team up with one of Bristol’s leading dubstep imprints (and FABRICLIVE residents), Tectonic, to bring one of dub music’s fiercest originators to the UK. The legendary dub producer and electronics obsessed musician who was schooled at both King Tubby’s and the Channel One studios, Scientist will return to these shores for a tour that kicks off here at fabric on the 18th November, continuing on to Stereo in Glasgow and Concorde 2 in Brighton. Joining Scientist on tour will be Tectonic boss, Pinch, alongside Mala, Loefah and emcee Sgt Pokes.
