There've already been a bunch of horrific reports of buildings collapsing that were rushed up for the Olympics - and when they were investigated, found shit like contractors using cardboard instead of concrete to fill foundation supports, stuff like that... or in the case of the building in the link below, the thing just tipped the fuck over completely and nobody seems to know exactly why (besides sub-shoddy workmanship) -

the fact they were erecting it at night with substandard lighting had me worried. Also being developed the compartmental can't be good can it?

sounds like foundation was set and large pieces were assembled
i guess its efficient from the standpoint that it wouldn't interfere with the surrounding for very long... but fuck that thing looks like one small micro burst or a tornado would destroy that

that's amazing. here in the US, they just put up cones and signs to drive slower, then you rarely see anyone doing any work. projects takes months and years to complete.
