I'm pretty new to dubstep (listening to it for about a year now) and i'm a bit stuck on my music folder.
I think that 90% of my dubstep is layed back dubstep, not really aggressive or something.
This is my favorite dubstep but you know, sometimes your in the mood of a pure filthy ear-raping tune.
Unfortunately my music folder lacks this a bit exept for Excision, Borgore, Downlink, Datsik, Flux Pavilion and Liquid Stranger got plenty of those hehe.
I like that track, listen to the second track in my sig. It's not the exact same but its aggressive like that, actually like a million times more aggressive...

Judging from the music you are linking to i'm detecting a little bit of a fib in your op.
You said that you prefered the melow deeper sound yes? And then said you wanted a bit more up tempo stuff?
I mean come on, am I alone in thinking anyone who posts that cragga wank and claims it to be one of the best tunes they've heard really doesn't get dubstep???

I don't know what fib means but i think it means something like hypocrite. But anyway if that is what you mean then you are not right.
It's just that most music that i have is the more chilled out dubstep and i simply want some more variation. And about the Cragga tune i really think it is one of the best tunes ive heard, can't help it
Examples of some stuff that i listen to if you want to know (not all dubstep): Ikonika, iTAL tEK, Kryptic Minds, Skream, Vex'd, Benga, 2562, (old skool) Rusko, Mount Kimbie, Distance, Vaccine, Burial, Gaudi, Heyoka, Liquid Stranger, Scuba, Shackleton.
This forum has changed, never used to harbor discussion for these noise tunes mentioned above. all gone to pot

I'm in the same boat as you, man. Haven't really enjoyed some nice bro/filth/wobble/whatever-they-call-it-now for months, been balls deep in the deep . Need some fresh bangers, really. Would love to see DSF get over itself and come out with a great bro thread.
