Battle starts at 11.59am on the 11/1/11.

you have 48hrs to send your track through to my dropbox.

RULEZ

- tune has to be with 4+/- bpm of 140
- tune has to be made within the given 48 hours
- tune has to be atleast 3mins 20secs
- tune should be started & completed within the given time range

everything else is up to yall!!

BATTLE

Each battle will be between two Kombatants,

The first round will be fought randomly, I will get my daughter to draw them out of a hat.

I will put the winners in the hat again & pull out the next contestants, ya get the picture.

As Im unsure of the numbers, I can't lay out the structure, nor can I tell ya how many rounds there will be.

The final battle could be between 3 Kombatants, depending on the numbers.


PICKING THE CHEIF

I will create a new thread once all the tracks are in. this will be at 11.59ish GMT on the 13/01/11,

then post up the first round battles via soundcloud on there.

Each battle will last 48hrs, The process will continue till the there is only "ONE"!!!

Tune battles - are notorious because they're always to settle a beef or disagreement.

This idea defeats the whole purpose of the monumental DSF tune battles.

now this sounds interesting. how about making template files for every represented DAW? shouldnt take too long, just a few named channels with empty midi boxes to layout the whole thing.

This is such a great idea, reckon it'll be far more successful than the sample pack comps!
