This really doesn't change my personal opinion in any way. I don't think the "skrillex haters" hate the guy, they just aren't into his music. That's how I am. I never met the guy, so I have no reason to dislike him at all, I just don't get into his music all that much. I don't think that makes me a hater, it just means I have a different taste in music. There's a lot of people's music I don't like, but the producers are probably great people.

He seems like a genuinly nice guy imo, and he makes the music he loves which you can't argue with Top guy, top music tbh.

and that's totally fine. the problem sets in when you get kids who don't like his music and thus, start hating. one thing leads to another, and suddenly the new cool thing to do is hate on skrillex. hating is definitely a trend, and when kids think "fuck, if i talk shit about this producer because everyone else does it, maybe i'll be cool too!"

i personally like his tracks, and when i was a 13 year old scenester cigarette, i was into from first to last too. who gives a fuck what he looks like or what emo band he used to be in. guy makes some bangers, and definitely seems like a straight dude.

i could def understand why the man has haters...

what i dont understand is people not also realizing why hes got fans... and legitimate ones...

im not a huge fan of his works... altho he still gets me goin like '':O oh interesting '' from time to time...

bottom line is do what u have to do... and do it well... and if everybody does that the long-time praised alpacas will have softer fur.

He has some top notch production I must say, although I picked up Feed Me's new ep a couple of days ago, incredible production (better than Skrillex) and a similar style to what Skrillex is going for. But I guess that is just Spor for you.. still dig skrillex alot.

no mention of him coming onto the forums and having a go at everyone else then? convienient. Every producer has their haters .... the fact that he's actually had an interview and cried about it makes me laugh my fucking head off. Most people brush it off and dont give it any attention or draw attention to it, it's called rising above it ....

for the record i love his scary monsters track, the rest of his stuff really isnt anything special

Don't agree at all. I think his production is completely wack. The main reason why I don't like him is some lame Gaga remix he
made though. I don't get how so much people like those tracks, to me it's just loud noise that just happens to follow a certain
rhythm.

He's always presented himself as a humble and nice guy. I've never hated him. Bought the ep when it came out, liked the majority of it. But the people that supposedly hate him beyond his music, just judge by the fact that he was in an emo band, or got a bit of publicity from deadmau5, or just the fact that he makes jump up dubstep in the first place...
