C Major you just hit the white keys
I ain't really got a favourite, but if you put a keyboard in front of me, and I can't think of anything to play their is a good chance I will just jam in F minor.

Usually C, E, G, and D.
No idea why just always end up in those choices.

F# minor, E minor and of course D minor which as we all know is the saddest of all keys.

That kind of thing, when I used to play guitar it was always stuff in Dm or Em but I prefer writing a bit higher now, for some reason between F and A sounds really warm and full to me.

I seem to have a soft spot for A and it's derivatives. I dunno, seems to be rather melancholic and thought-provoking to me.

I like the fact that people are actually posting up the keys they write in, that means that not everyone in electronic music thinks that music theory is for n00bs who just can't make Datsik bass yet.

BLUES SCALE and C7 DOMINANT SEVENTH
like to sequence scales by listening scales as big chords or arpegios.

I roll two dice and transpose up or down to the number that I roll from a minor.
Then I pick keys that are close in the circle of fifths and layer up lines on those.

F minor but I usually use F minor blues scale.
