they do the same here in the usa. i'll bet its bound by income bracket. if you or your family make over a certain ceiling of income, you're ineligible. be careful though. scam potential is big with this stuff.

I've heard a website like this that is a scam, but you CAN blag a Macbook if you've got dylexia, 100%.

EDIT: yea i have, that was me being an idiot. theres a record out on my mixer, and on one of my amps! My bad!!

i got a free macbook when i started uni... my parents paid for it
dropped out after a year, fuck yeah!
