hey,
is there any format that will work in older stereo systems ? I burnt mp3's but of course they wont work. I dont wanna waste disks if no other format will work so I thought I'd ask.

The format of which you speak is .cda
Windows media player will burn it into that form.

Er most burning software will ask you to choose between a "music cd" and a "data cd".
The former will work in most things, dvd players, old boomboxes, cars etc
The latter will only work in things that support mp3's, which *isn't* everything even if its brand new. So check the label before purchasing.
