Not really production pur se, basically ive recorded a radio set onto my mac via logic. Now obvs i wanna bounce it down so i can up it, trouble is that its 2 hours long, and trying to hold that green "loop locater" thingy that you have to do at the top to bounce it, for that amount of time started making my hand hurt, which led me to thinkin there must be an easier way of doing it. its one loooonnnng bit of audio, but surely theres a function to auto loop region??

not 100% sure but you might be able to just click bounce then on the screen that comes up there should be a start and end point you can change.
