Ok i just bought massive and i want to know how to restart an automation clip or atleast a couple of the wobbles in an automation clip so that when i offset the clips the wobble doesnt mess up. Im not exactly sure how to ask this i tried before and noone seems to be able to help me, is there something i need to know about massive so that the wobble restarts each new note or do i need to do something with my daw. I am using fruity loops so yeah.

Where you would adjust the Lfo rate, there is a box you can check called restart. Is this what your talking about?

Basically what i want to happen is have each automation clip restart all the wobbles at the end of each clip instead of the wobble continuing through the next automation clip in the playlist. I know im not asking this one hundred percent clearly but i dont know how else to ask, does that make sense?

multiple instances of massive should do it? if it's using up too much CPU just make a loop and export it as midi or wav and just keep doing that till your satisfied

Sorry for not explaining this very well maybe after we all get what im saying you can tell me the correct way to ask this question. Basically, I will have an 8 bar automation and I'll need to move it over a bar for whatever reason this will throw almost every wobble out of sync, so im assuming theres a way to have the wobble retrigger each seperate note or each different automation clipping in the playlist...Would what RandoRando was talking about be the anwser or is there something else i can d. Please explain.

copy and paste? and it should ask you if you want to copy automation data...

????

ok say i have two clips exactly the same and it starts clean on bar 1 and then i need to take the beat and wobbles away for 1 second to add a sound effect or something then i need to restart the previous wobble after that sound effect, the wobbles will be out of sync because of that one bar i skipped, i would export it and use it that way but then i have to do that for the whole track and the sound quality is degraded.

Are you using actual automation or event data?
Event data goes boogaloo with massive, I noticed this when I bought it recently, s I normally dont bother with automation clips, but...
Ive never had your exact problem yet, but, might be that damn event data =/...

Okay..you have an 8 bar loop and want to make a pause in it for whatever, but still have your wobble automating correctly after the pause? If this is the case put you wobble as a pattern clip in FL instead of the grey boxes (assuming you have FL7 or above) and slice away like butter with the cut tool.
theory as of what your asking number 2...you have a wobble that ..idk..wobs?...and the rate of your lfo is going up and down and you want it to restart from where it would have been ..in the middle of the "rise" part of the lfo....basically FL not thinking its just playing the note againg...then like everyone else said bounce it to audio and slice that..
i feel like my whole post is more confusing then yours..
EDIT: you should just edit different events in seperate patterns instead of different instances of massive for future reference.

In your LFO tab, next to the sync and restart buttons, do you have the "POS" button activated? What this does is force the wobble in line with your beat, whether you triggered it on the beat or not. Give it a go.

As said you have to activate retrigger, this makes the wobble start over every time a new note is pressed
