Logic Problem - Software Instruments No Playback Suddenly

Hi Guys..
Wondering if anyone has experienced this before. Suddenly (and its only affecting one project) none of the software instruments on my project are playing back.
I've tried restarting my computer, logic, and still no playback.
I've tried searching and cant find a fix anywhere.. has anyone experienced this?
I'm using logic 8, any help will be much appreciated as its driving me bonkers!
