First real dubstep idea, need some feedback

Hi,
I am more of a keyboard/guitar player and I don't really know much about dubstep production. Anyways, I am trying to learn as much as a can about designing sounds and using samples, etc. I have this song that I am working on and I don't really like the sound of the drums in my mix. I have layered some sounds for the drums, and I have effects like reverb. This is done entirely in reason and this is only part of the mix. What do you think of the drums? Or about the sound in general? Thanks.

Well the good news about this, its not another up n' coming br0step producer. I really like the stuff man. Just the piano bits at around 0:17 and 0:30 seem a little much. You should look into eq'ing your wobbles up a bit. Try to bring up the mids/highs just a little bit more (around 2-4Khz), and you should be fine. Also about the drums, they seem fine for the most part other than you need to compress your snare a little bit and bring it up higher.

Feedback thread.
Try and compress your kicks and EQ around 100Hz to make them stand out a bit more. You could try and give some of the wobbles a bit more character, again EQ is your friend here. Try and boost some of the highest frequencies on some of them. It's all about trial, error, practice practice practice, ragequit - repeat.

What the others said but keep the twinkling piano bit, just turn the volume down a notch.

So the feedback thread in the production forum didn't seem like the logical place to go??
