Foul Play Records - Stolen Tracks update

Much respect all DSF crew!

Just wrapping all this ish up, I need all the artists who Foul Play Records has stolen tracks from to contact me annias@gmail.com so my lawyer can provide Sony IODA legal department with your track titles to remove from distribution while they investigate Foul Play Records submissions of the fraudulently licensed songs. Sony has indicated they would like to finish this up quickly.

I can't even remember all the people who contacted me about having been stolen from, the list that comes to mind off the bat is:

Myself
Cringer
Abz
DLX
Jeekoos
Subfreq
Zealot

I know there's a few more not listed, I've since went through a hard drive and don't have your information stored anymore.

Also, if there are any copyrighted samples from films or otherwise in the songs he released of yours, I need those indicated as well. Likely as with my track he had not licensed those either. For example Fox Searchlight Productions will be pursuing the label for copyright infringement and licensing fees for the samples taken from "Waking Life" in my work in progress promotional track Prolific decided to release without my consent. (I wish you all could have heard Sony's lawyer when he heard that!)

As for getting compensated for our tracks I have an intellectual property lawyer in FPR's state of Florida that is ready to take the next steps and I'll speak with you all about that privately. Intellectual Property is a federal issue so you can retain a lawyer wherever you are if you like, but since they will have to file the suit in FL it's a good idea to retain one there for less travel expenses.

Anyhow, big up to the labels who treat artists and music fans with respect like Betamorph, Terminal Dusk, Savory Audio, etc!

Oh yeah and 6 Blocc, don't know why you are kickin it with Prolific, I thought you had better taste. All good, I'm sure he'll eventually find someone to distribute your FPR tracks...

I'll leave the DSF crew with a little something Krooga threw together using that epic voicemail Prolific left!

Soundcloud

Much Respect,

Charles

P.S. Prolific,

nothing was better then that interview 6blocc and prolific did with the russian tv channel. forget who, but one of them was talking about creating a new sound (filth) getting sony distro, and how they pretty much were the biggest thing in dubstep, ie selling out clubs all across the US. i posted a short rant calling him out on how much of a prick he sounded, and with in 5 minutes the video was removed.

he fades back, he scores!

he never stole any of my tracks, but has sold Cringers tune that is properly released on mine and Cringers (along with a a couple more folks) label Dubfront Records...so it's pretty much the same thing...
good work Annias!
