Posting tunes in the production forum

Hello.

I don't mean any disrespect for anyone - we all want our tunes heard, but shouldn't tunes be posted in the tunes forum?

I can see if you're using a tune as an example of a production technique, etc, but if you're looking for feedback, probably the tunes forum is a better place to look, even if it's unfinished. I've posted unfinished tunes there and got alot of good feedback.

I don't know - maybe i'm whack. Just seems like the tunes forum should be for tunes, and the production forum should be for production chat.

I thought that is why they were split in the first place!

posting in production forum would imply you'd like help/criticism

Alright - this was just a thought, and I completely agree, that you're going to get a more in depth review from a different audience if you post in the production forum.

if it's a finished tune, then it's gotta go in the Tunes forum. We split it up differently as that's what people seemed to want, but everyone's gotta use this place right otherwise it gets untidy and takes time to clear up.

obviously if you're posting a clip of something for feedback then I guess whack it up here.
