Popping in Logic?

Hey guys, before I mention my problem, I have searched all over these forums for a solution or maybe a similar problem someone has had before, and I haven't really found what I needed, so I decided to post a question, maybe someone can offer some help?
I recorded a sample from FM8 on Logic and bounced it down to an audio track. Now when I play it the new audio track, there is a little click or pop right at the end, mostly in my left channel. The weird thing is that I kept the original source, and the pop isn't present there.
I read somewhere to up my buffer rate, so now I set it at 512, but the pop is still there. It's specially annoying because every time I play the new bounced audio sample, looped or not, the pop is there and I can't get it to go away for the life of me.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
