This is a good track. But my advice would be, on the first drop, just have the bassline kick in, leave out that accompanying backround riff. Just thicken out the bassline and it will sound PHAT.

I dunno. Here are some suggestions according to what I would do:
Bring out the midrange in that bassline. Maybe even layer it and pan one track over to the right and one track over to the left.
Then have your subbass doing the same thing (no panning), but obviously EQ that track standard for sub.
Accompany that with a sharp snare, rythmic hi-hats and you've got yourself a heavy main section!
