There's one by primeloops I bought called rasta vocals.
It's decent, but not once does it say "ganja" or "sensi" or anything of the sort...
I mean, if you want rasta vocals they should have something to do with ganja instead of "numba one produca, numba one deeejayyy!"

ah I picked myself a nice pack of rasta samples a long time ago still have them and they have all sorts of vocals like "boomblah, ahh junglists, all ganjaman" and others that I can't understand, also the samples used in Downlinks 6 Million Ways track well at least just the legit sample of the guy sayin "6 million ways to die, chose one" PM me if you want to know where I got them because I can't talk about it here on the forum.
and have you even tried searching? I mean seriously though. I don't want to say where but damn here:

Its not about everyone having the pack, that sample goes back well... before there was such a thing as torrents and sample packs. I think everyone on earth has the original source but you... not the pack.
Instead of using rinsed out samples from some stupid torrent pack, why not start listening to roots/dub/dancehall/ragga and keep your ears open for samples yourself?
Keep in mind that some of the samples out there have been used by every single producer in the dubstep scene. Think of the "badman sound" vocal for instance... Most of those are from the primeloops pack

This. I found getting hold of a reggae horn effect alot harder than the standard rasta vox.

BLADERUNNER.
On topic now. It might pay to scour the mountain of reggae-related documentaries on YouTube for example:
+10 internet points if you spot the VIVEK sample.

Another one here in the "sample it yourself" camp. A lot of packs that you can download, well, everyone has them. I'm not saying that there isn't useful samples in those but they are often rinsed out. At least when you sample them yourself, you know where they came from. Plus you get to listen to a lot of great Reggae and Dub!!
Rudebwoy tune, in case you don't know where that "6 Million" sample came from:
