I keep getting "exploit blocked" messages from avast (my antivirus) EVERY time i open a new page on the forum. Is this just me?

Yeah the past day or two I've been getting a pop-up every single time I load a page on the forum asking if I want to allow the 'l3sd.co.cc' application (whatever that is) to access my computer. It says its from Microsoft but I doubt it so haven't allowed it yet. Seems very dodgy. Really annoying as well cause I have to close it every single time I open a page on here

I did a full virus check yesterday as well to see if that sorted it out but its still happening..

it is a virus

Mods need to sort this out, think if a producer loses all his work because of a virus

its something to do with Java thats all i know.
ive got a new HDD and havent even installed Java yet and everythings running fine.
everytime i load a page though i get the bar at the top saying
"An additional plug-in is required to display some elements of this page"
and the plug-in is Java

did the fix by adding the url of the spyware to adblock and getting no more alerts
