Producing Dub

Iv been into music production for about a solid year, its my passion of choice as it probably is for just about everyone else on this forum. I dont know how any of it works, labels, EP's, or i guess the question I would like answered is how does someone release a track? or find a record. Clearly this is no 9-5 job & the only interviews i can think of consist of crafting a dope tune that people will love or critic. idk, maybe just a little insight as to how it works outside the studio.

You might want to rename your thread title mate, it's a bit misleading. I suggest 'How to find a dubstep record label and release tracks' would be more appropriate, or use the search function for a similarly named topic (there is at least one I've seen recently). Good luck, I hope your stuff's good. You also might want to get feedback in the 'Dubs' forum here for other people's opinion

For example if you came out with a track, how do you get it released? Is it about the people you know in the industry?

I think boring was implying that it is more common sense than common knowledge.

i guess its too difficult to just help someone nowadays. it requires the same effort to type outside implications yet its a lot easier and friendly to just be of assistance. thank you for the input everyone, i think i found the information i was looking for.
