Just over nine years ago, the Nine Bar Sound System was conceived in a leafy Surrey suburb. Born out of a passion for 'Bass Heavy' dance music, the early years were spent providing the soundtrack for many a free party across the length and breadth of the United Kingdom. Built from a myriad of Labhorn bassbins, with an array of Turbosound Aspect tops, the high standard of equipment and engineering skills honed specifically for the bassline orientated end of the musical spectrum has resulted in the rig’s reputation growing bigger by the day. The Ninebar System has been Rotation’s weapon of choice since the event was born seven years ago, and with its crispness, consistency and clarity, along with a bass that has been described as “unbeatable”, the Ninebar and Rotation are truly a match made in heaven.

In addition to the mighty presence of the Ninebar rig, Rotation are also proud to welcome Digital Soundboy & multi-genre producer extraordinaire, Breakage alongside Ram Records’ Drum n Bass dream team, Loadstar both to Guildford for the first time. Rising dubstep star Subscape who comes fresh out of Caspa’s renowned Dub Police stable, is also one of Rotation’s newest residents and will be representing alongside a host of others to include Subterra and Magic Mash. The backdrop for this groundbreaking event is Guildford’s largest nightclub venue, Casino, situated in the heart of the town centre and a one minute walk from the train station.
