Don't sleep on the Seefeel "Quique" reissue, with a second disc of unreleased tracks and versions. Seefeel were on some dub meets guitar wash vibes, pioneer styleeee. Headphones on, mind blown.

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE ALBUMS OF ALL TIME!!
'Filter Dub' is amazing.Too Pure was putting out some out there dubby shoegaze shit around that time,including Moonshake,it's side project Laika,Mouse on Mars,Pram,and Stereolab.That is not to mention the great noise/shoegaze/dreampop/indie bands that came then like PJ Harvey and Th' Faith Healers(a personal Too Pure fave of mine.Repetitive mad genius!!!).
Loved some of thier remixes too.The rmx of Autechre's 'Basscadet' is intense...
Sorry for rambling...was really into the label back in '90-'93.Not much since,though Bows were pretty chill Bjork(AARRDDVVVAAARRRKKK!!!) meets Massive Attack snoggin' Portishead on E in the jungle room at a rave in The Cardigans' loo.

Not many seefeel fans here, huh. I thought there would be... sound is really dub.

Hadn't listened to this album in a long time. Not sure why, I completely forgot about it. Really good stuff. Probably my favourite of all that dub shoegaze stuff now I think about it.

wow, there's a name you dont' hear much these days. Some of the first "electronic" vinyl i bought back in the day for djing purposes.

Being into shoegaze helps.Was into it for many years.But into ska/reggae/dub too,so it all seems to fit then.As I mentioned,Moonshake was a great dub band on the same label.Creation Records had some dubby moments too,especially with the Boo Radleys(which whom Mariel Barham[Pale Saints(4AD)] and Margaret Fiedler[Moonshake/Laika(Too Pure)] have guest vocals.
