You're walking on the sidewalk and some douche bag yells something at you with his butt buddies in the back seat while they are going 40mph?
What is the point in this? Shit, half the time you can't understand what the fuck they say when they are going fast enough. In the past I used to throw my arms up in the air or flip them off, now I either wave or just continue on with my business.

just pretend you didn't hear them... they do it to get a rise out of people...
altho one time a lifted truck with two highschoolers cut me and my wife off (she was driving) while we were going through a parking lot once and one of them leaned out the window to call her a tnuc (here in the states that word is a lot worse of an insult, especially when directed towards women) ... i jumped out of the car real fast and they peeled away. while yelling undecipherable things at me til they were out of earshot.

I give people thumbs up's/smiles/compliments as I drive by them. Does that count as drive by harassment?
At the end of the day, its just like trolling or prank phone calls; its just to get reactions out of people.

One time a passing driver launched a large McDonalds cup full of water into my car window whilst I was waiting at traffic lights, hitting me square in the chest exploding on impact- I was incredibly pissed off.

My first day in the US a pick up truck drove past me full of jocks, beer can chucked near to me and heard them shout "get a car" as they drove past.
Found it pretty funny in a living up to stereotypes sorta way.

When I was in the US, I drove past a car which had its windscreen blitzed by a shotgun and blood on it...just by the way side. Fuck yeah!

this happened not long ago, some lads shouted at one of my mates, he shouted back, they pulled over and got out, lad in the front was fucking tiny and his mate was too, then this giant lumbers out of the back seat, must be 6'5+, and we were like shit. Little lad got all the stabbin' threats on 'you'll get cut' bla bla and then they left. Just kinda pointless.

Car full of kids did this to me one day as they were driving by. Then they unexpectedly came to a red light dead in front of me. So I stopped and waved to them for the next 20 or so seconds and gave them thumbs up while they tried to avoid looking at me because people who do that shit expect to only see you for a split second and never again.
