yeah, but why would you want that? All good mics have a xrl male connection, and the mixer too. So get a xrl male to female.

clr ex xlr
and yea you can get patch cables like that
and it wouldn't be a stereo connection, just balanced as an xlr connection is balanced and you'll be going to trs which is also balanced

I totally get what you're saying, but on the other hand if the OP already has a mic that he likes, then eff it. A xlr to 1/4" converter is a hell of a lot cheaper than a new mic. And assuming he's running this set up for dj'ing, a studio quality mic is way overkill. Besides, I've recorded vocals with crap dynamic mics that I like better than some takes with my condenser mic. Sometimes Grit it good! :D

if the mic doesn't have the option to change the cable on it or non standard connections it's uber cheap anyways

been using the same ones for over 10 yrs now, it was a good investment. Not to mention a lifetime guarantee.

if you're gonna go premium mic cables for the studio might as well go mogami
monster are good for touring since on the road replacement at any authorized dealer when they go bad, but there is no need for the golds in that situation
monster just generally are overly priced and rely heavily on "audiophiles" who don't do their homework (a prime example being their midi cables, or the dre beats headphones)

mogami or something like gotham are too rich for my blood. Maybe a short cable here or there, but I use long cables to get to my drums and holy shit they get expensive.
