hey everyone. i'm new to this forum and still don't know where to post what so my apologies if i posted this in a wrong place lol. anyway, here's my story. i just recently discovered dubstep and was wondering what's yours favorite dubstep artist and what made you like the music? it was introduced to me by a friend and to be quite honest i never heard it before.

Exactly the response i was expecting from this forum - Mala, mala, mala, Burial, kode 9, mala, mala.

Some people aren't going to say well known artists to be alternative, But I have had the most enjoyment out of mixing and listening to these artists: Mala, Loefah, Quest, Vivek, Untold, ramadanman, Addison Groove, Burial, Falty DL, Joy Orbison.
Why do some people have a problem with favoured artists on here?

Overall it would probably be Mala.

Have loads and most of them mentioned above, so going to say...... Kromestar

Skrillex is by far the top producer in the genre right now, but his music isnt strictly dubstep. True dubstep though? Datsik can drop some bass. Item 9 kills it too.
