Every producer and their mum is 18.
I started producing when I was like 11-12 but was not at all serious, or able, for years.
Been musical though since I was like, born, actually.

I wonder though, at what point can you really call yourself a producer? I see the op said he's 13, and he seems to be rather proud of that fact he's so young and "trying" to produce music. Are you really a producer when you've only been doing it for a short time? Where is that line drawn between "Trying" and "being".

I meant that it'd be split between older cats and younger cats, 25 would be the split.


I think you're a producer when your music sounds good.
