sounds like detuned oscillators and then envelope on the pitch

Aye what ris said. Sounds like 2 detuned saws, envelope modding the pitch, bitcrushed, chopped and screwed.

What people have already said sounds about right, also have a go at changing the oscillators in massive from 'Spectrum' to 'Formant'. Seems to provide some nice results for those nasty high pitched noises you desire

ok i had a go at it with 3xosc and made a preset for it if you use FL:
i just realized that on my 3xosc patch, if you disable the envelope and play in C5-D6 with a wobble + a bit of resonance...INSTANT DOCTOR P!!!!
