Ye they are stupidly good, older stuff like blueberry pie etc.. everyone considered them the weird side of dustup till they clicked into place and that bristolian vibe took hold!

I think it does help that theirs 3 of them, i think they all previously had musical connections, but it the imagination of the tunes that's good, stuff like wide open that zane lowe started playing out especially as i wouldn't consider their sound 'commercial dubstep'

I must have missed whatever they did in between. I first heard them yonks ago when they made mafia and clowny. Thought they were alright but not as good as some other 'midrange cack' people at the time. Then I stopped paying attention to all that kind of stuff, brostep blew up and I got even more put off by the midrange wobblers and then now I hear this. So to me they've always made the same style :\ what else have they done that's different then?

you don't have to ride there dick! jk i don't mean to sound like a prick lol. there good but no means to get so excited and giddy like a 12 year old school girl over them and culprate (i think) is almost on there level or possibly on there level and that is just one guy! i respect koan sound a lot and really enjoy there songs as well. I don't think they have a definite sound? it's all different or the basslines/neuro whatever you want to call them are.

also in massive if you use the "Wicked" wavetable and mess about for a while you can get some similar neuro sounding basslines or that weird sounding fart type manipulated sound. of course further processing is needed.

there songs actually get my head nodding any release dates of "Max Out" or possibly "Risky Endeavours" been wanting to get a hold of that tune for a while!

It'll be alright if it didn't sound half finished, structurally - the 2nd track sounded so messy (and not in the good way).
