i'd strongly recommend handle with care, a record production middleman based in berlin. the objekt pressings are done at optimal in germany via HWC and came out cheaper than any competition - apart from possibly GZ and vinyl factory (who aren't really worth dealing with from everything i've heard) - with excellent quality and service, recommended personally by D&M. free carriage to the uk as well, which could otherwise be anywhere up to a couple of hundred euros for a european pressing plant.

You'll speak to Nick, say Za referred you! Honestly, drop them a call and have a chat. They're really nice guys, with a sick turn over and seriously good vinyl!

You'll probably want to get a master laquer done beforehand also. http://chicagomastering.com/ are awesome but they are in America so I'm not sure what their policy is on overseas, especially considering that you'd want to get it onto pressing asap.

Anyhow, for the UK Curved Pressing seem to be great, I'm getting vinyls printed off with them in about 6 - 8 months so if you're still looking then I can give you my personal feed back afterwards.
