Does anyone have these? One of mine just wouldn't turn on last week and hasn't turned on since. I've never had a problem with these until now. Really dont have the cash to fork out on a new one....anyone have any ideas?

Just a total shot in the dark here.....

Get out the multimeter and the soldering iron...
If I had just one guess, and not being able to open/see the unit for testing an inspection, I bet the power supply died due to faulty capacitors. Only way to really find out is to buy an L/C/R or capacitance meter and test each capacitor individually. Or just do it the low tech way, and replace all the capacitors in the table on one swoop. It's worth it because if you're wrong, you've still spent less money on replacement caps (20$ USD give or take) than you would've spent on just getting an electronics tech to open it.
On a side note, that's why I bought 1200MKII's. I had nightmare scenarios of this happening. With the techs, theres plenty of replacement parts available if something goes wrong. Not so much for any other table. I didn't want to spend mad dough only to have the thing break and be unrepairable. I was considering Stanton STR8-150's or Vestax PDX 2000's. Glad I chose Technics for this exact reason. (not even considering the 'industry standard' and other arguments)
