A summer anthem last year was "Summer Girl" by Stereos...



Amazing backstory. They used to be in a hardcore/metalcore band, but didn't get girls, so they switched it up and tried doing some hipster-esque fake radiohead stuff for a while. That didn't pan out either, so they reformed as "Stereos..." I always hear people whining about producers/bands selling out, but these guys definitely take the cake...

Can't wait to see what kind of summer fun they bring to us this year!

The name "Stereos' really terrible.
Having said that, Pronouncing it in a Mexican accent is mildly amusing. At least they've achieved something I don't mind hearing.

The Wombats are fucking shite, they're up there with Snow Patrol and Coldplay.

Personally I like the wombats, coldplay and snowpatrol.
Remix wasn't too bad imo. Definitely not tune of the summer, but in no way comparable to that david guetta shit.
