fuck probation.

so i live in the united states and im 19 years old and got caught with bud, less than a g. so i get an ENTIRE YEAR of probation. about six months goes by iv done all the classes payed for all the bullshit and have taken 2 piss tests. now my PO says were done with the monthly meetings and that i dont need to see her unless i violate my terms and conditions. that was about 2 months ago and i havent heard a word. i have about 4 months left of being on papers.
is this just their way of saying ive done good and im pretty much done with everything? i might give them a call sometime, but it might seem a bit suspicious.

It might have gone from supervised to unsupervised. The state's built on beuracratic labyrinths. Communication can get lost, it's part of the spirit breaking process because you are a criminal in their eyes. I would check into it for your sake to be sure.

Look at this period as a working interview. They're trying to determine if you will be a reliable source of income over the long haul. This is a job you do not want. Be proactive. Get to the bottom of everything.

and by the way for those who were wondering i live in northern virginia. ya this place sucks the big one.

I feel for you man. I thought i had it bad when I was caught with a fresh 1/8 which was trampled into he ground by a policeman who told me he was doing me favour.
Just out of interest what would happen out there, in terms of punishment, if you're caught with say a wrap of mandy or coke?

lol i've been caught with weed by the police about 4 times now and i've never had anything worse than a written warning which doesn't even go on my record... thank god for our (slightly more) liberal drug laws

What's the laws like in Iceland for weed, LACE?

Massive fines for the smallest amounts. If you're growing and caught, it'll be about a couple months in prison going by recent court decisions..and prison here is the equivalent to staying in a hostel..
Mostly grown hydroponically, some very talented green thumbs around here..you'd be suprised at the quality

waddup raggles! ya this place is way too conservative and strict, most of my friends in middle school were on probation like wtf? in MIDDLE SCHOOL. by the way did u hit up starscape this year? it was so awesome but wayyyy overcrowded.
so at the moment im guessing im on unsupervised at the moment but ill get that double checked. my PO really likes me so that helps.
and yes it is and extremely ridiculous punishment.
