What is the dubstep "image"?

Just out of curiosity (and for the sake of upcoming projects)
dubstep is so relatively new, and coming from such a mixed background, has it developed an iconography the way other electronic music genres have?
example:
DNB ---> warfare imagery: gasmasks, camo, etc.
Trance --> fairies and mushrooms
Tekno ---> robots
blah blah
i love the
www.dubstep.nl logo: snail with subwoofer speaker on the shell.
cheeky.
has anyone noticed any trends developing?

interesting.
so far it's skulls, speakers/woofers, and vinyl....there are some kinda militia/ragga art and promo tings ive noticed,
also anime...
and recently ocotpus/squid/fish, undersea creatures....
and some kind of rough and rude beasts, (KOmodo Dragon)
haha. who knows.
but yeah for flyers i've been using black and white, with skulls or speakers, and rough looking fonts.
?????

ahhah! hey!
i like the squids. seems very suitable. I was saying the other night...dubstep is as dark as DNB, but not nearly as mean. deep sea creatures and things living under the earth. scary but not evil by nature. hehe.
hey when i get back to MTL in august i want to put together a dubstep party with you guys cause i have ideas for dance/VJ collabs to do as visuals...you down?

thus far i seem to care little about the silly macho militant imagery of any scene, but just keep tossing out cat memes and LOLruses whenever humanly possible...
and so on and so forth...
