what kindve laptop should i get for this?
any advice on headphones or any other equipment i should get a hold of?
idk much but i do know about the styles like with vynils and cdj's and im going to be trying my hand at serato program and its tools but what kindve stuff should i start out with?
as you can tell im a bit of a novice at this but any advice is helpfull

Most DJs I've seen use a mac, don't know why though. I suppose anything with good RAM but don't quote me on that

This is pretty much correct. But I'd recommend vinyl. You can't go wrong

I think mac is favoured cause a lot of music programmes tend to run better on them, plus the battery life on mac's in generally pretty damn good which is handy when playing out.
