Before you ask, no this isn't another question about the flux pavilion high pitched sound. What I'm trying to make is a sound in Skrillex's "Kill Everybody" (Bare Noize Remix). The sound is heard at about 0:55, it's like a high pitched pre-drop. I think it sounds really cool if used in moderation and I've been trying to recreate it with NI Massive, but have had no luck. Any tips, tutorials, patches, etc. would be appreciated!

try using the search function on the forum. there is already "how to make this sound thread" and the community likes to keep them all sorted in there. there are loads of new comers that come on here everyday and ask "how do i make this *insert skrillex, datsik, excision, or doctor p* sound". you wont get very far around here unless you use the search, do your research and come on here with specific questions. as far as that type of sound...like i said post it in the proper thread or just youtube search skrillex synth, or doctor p synth. iv found loads of tutorials on how to make similar noises. good luck
