Cruel irony on the part of the DM to include this picture in the article;

Seems in poor taste to me.

That's got to be the most stupid article I've ever seen.

If I ever get a paper cut reading The Daily Mail, I will hold them responsible as they shouldn't publish it in the first place.

They've reworded the headline now - "Girl, 13, crushed to death by a falling branch as she sat on park bench on the day her teachers went out on strike".

I think that's probably a given. " Boy burns tongue on coffee at work on the day some teachers went on strike"

It is highly possible she would have skived school anway or have been ill that day anyway and so just went on with her day and died regardless of if the teachers were on strike.

A little savage for her to die of course, but yeah, I wouldn't wipe my arse with the daily mail incase my anus picked up some bad knwoledge

Posted this on facebook.

got this reaction "We must never forget that the Daily Mail serves a vital purpose - to remind us to never be complacent... As long as there are people writing it and buying it, we have evidence that there are complete morons walking the streets, and we must be on our guard."

Also possible that it could've happened on any other day. And some schools have trees too :lol:

The sum total of all the possibilities that could happen regardles of wether the teachers strike or don't is too high to even think about putting two together and suggesting there is a direct correllation. Although the daily mail could find a positive correllation between the amount of chalk in the world and the amount of dicks on mars...........

I have a use for a rag.
Daily mail provides one thing. It provides a conversation point because it is SO disregardable as fact, or evidence for anything except for the fact that is remarkably ignorant.
