few years back this chicks kid disappeared.... she lied and said she was kidnapped.... chick went out partying soon after.... body was found, she went to jail to await trial.


problem is there was no evidence against her outside being a lying cum dumpster, which represents 80% of the women in the state of florida.

Innocent until proven guilty.

The idea of innocent until proven guilty is that yes, while a very small minority of criminals walk because of it, a lot more free people aren't jailed based on circumstantial evidence and heresy, which outweighs the few that get away.
