Dubstep with more classical influences?

Is there any real classical influenced dubstep being produced with samples of orchastra, violin, piano, etc.

If so then who are the big names doing it? I want to start making dubstep (I'm still only learning) with a classical or epic sound and samples. I'm talking along the lines of doing for dubstep what stoupe the enemy of mankind and snowgoons do for hip hop.

I've seen random stuff on youtube but it's not very good.

something along the lines of this:

Goth Trad - Dark Path

and the flip

Goth Trad - S.A.T.U.R.N.

For the earlier stuff there's also an unreleased Guido track called "Time". Lost to the ether many years ago, but it had some fantastic strings arrangement.

Also check "The Rope" by Marlow, "Golden Bullet" by D1 & a Grime track by Dcoy called "Classikool"

And this...

ANS - New Worlds

Yeah thats what I'm talking about. I want a sound like that

To those who do, how do you go about producing these kinds of tracks. Would you use lots of samples (pitch/timestretched?) or would you try use synths to recreate instruments? I'm still trying to learn. It seems most use slow samples but my problem is trying to fit them to the 140bpm.

Here's a sample/loop I made thinking of using it in a dubstep song. It's taken from Shostakovich String Quartet No. 8 in C Minor (II) and has standard FL drums (just to compare a beat with it):
Soundcloud

It's very raw and the sampling isn't great but you get the idea.

Sounds like you're almost there, so keep pushing.

I recommend you give Ableton Live a look. Check the audio time-stretch and warp options. It's another world.

It's helpful to bear in mind that most classical music is minimally percussive, the orchestral drum section is mainly used just to accentuate the existing rhythm and tempo already created by the bass, melody and chorus etc. Maybe start there and add the drums later for a less rigid structure?
