We first worked with Ruff Hauser as part of his collaborative project ‘Kether’ with Stephan Jacobs, the project received high acclaim and led to both artists playing at Coachella and other major west coast festivals. Now after a few outings as a remixer Ruff Hauser is debuting his first solo EP and all we can say is that we’re very happy to hear this artist step into his own sound. Uplifting pads and atmospheres and creative beat programming keep it intriguing for a listener and outstanding for the dancefloor.
Entropy displays the dubstep sound of LA and the west coast and blends well with what folks are calling ‘Purple’. Ruff Hauser shows his delicate touch and there are special moments well defined in the sound that are as uplifting as they are edgy and quite easily a soundtrack to some alien party somewhere.
