FP I can't do that give proof, I just dont believe other news sources are as scrupulous as they're implying by criticising the notw. I think some of them are just using this as an oppurtunity to damage the reputation of a competitor. Not that I condone notw at all.

The Times is currently under investigation, I think they have links to dodgy PIs but I'm not sure of specific complaints of phone "hacking"
