good job for a second track. but you shouldn't have cut out the drums right after the drop. the bass sounded empty without them.

Not bad at all for you second tune! However, your wobbles could use some work. Some of them dont mix well with the others and they could use some reverb. And some EQing. Try not to focus so much on throwing in different types of wobbles. Your track starts really melodic and I think that you could do without so many variations with your bass. A nice steady wobble would definitely do it justice. What DAW are you using to make your tunes on?

The intro sounds pretty good, I dig the synths you used for it and when the drums come in it's a really nice beat. I agree with SunOverSaturn, it could go without so many alternations with basslines. The wobble that comes in right at the first drop suits it perfectly. Could also use some equalization. Other than that it was a great track, I dig it and so did the people in the room.

Thanx everybody for the feedback. The reason for the alternating basslines is solely the fact that im trying to come into the dubstep scene with a unique style. I see how it would take away from the melodic tone of the song, so i will try to cut back a little bit. SunOverSaturn im only using GarageBand at the moment, which i know isnt the ideal DAW for dubstep. I am in the process of teaching myself how to use Reason 5 and i will purchase Alebton soon.

Hey it's all good! You gotta start somewhere! I also started on garageband! Oh and btw... You could always torrent ableton FO FREE ;]

Btw, dont just limit yourself to wobbles in the bassline. That many different wobbles is too conflicting. Think about adding in other types of basses or maybe synths to add more of a melodic tone. Give my track a listen. It's not the best example (Im new to producting as well) But it gets the basic idea of what im saying.

If you've got a Mac and started out with GarageBand, you should definitely look into Logic. You'll dig it.
