id like to see a repress as i didn't get one at the time, but it would take away the whole point of only 500 copies really...and merk the value of the record for all those that got one!!

If they wanted to make money they'd press 2000 and flood the market. Dont get it backwards people. What people do on ebay has got zero to do with the pressing of the whitelabel. Big up the dubstep conspiracy theorists. Lol. Your time!

shame on you internet scamsters...
i missed out on the tune first time round. i went to see my friend today, happened to mention that the tune was rather splendid and he gave me a copy!
turns out he bought three, kept one and gave one to his mate, then one to me!

I honestly can't name any songs that have a vocal sample of Bob Marley, let alone a remix of an entire song. I pondered the reason for that, and thought maybe Island would never/has never cleared samples. That said, I'm sure whoever did the song only pressed a small amount with no identification in order to avoid any legal trouble.

i remeber reading a few years back that marley's family have to personally authorise any samples etc used which is why it doesnt happen much. something to do with them tryin to maintain his integrity n makin sure the music doesnt fall into the wrong hands

yeah i hear you, i wouldnt want to be in that position
but there has been other tunes like the fugees dnb mixes (who we all know who did them)
and other bootlegs that had a lot more presses.
personally i have never liked any marley remixes/bootlegs until this one, which does justice to the original.
I wouldnt normally ask but this 12 is a piece id love to own.. but im not paying $50+ for it
id never pay that for any record
maybe at some point a link to flac or 320 of this will magically appear

you cant expect to discuss people's opinions on a record on a forum without someone expressing a negative really, Im not being a dork or trying to be unhelpful just discussing the tunes!

ok how about repress.co.uk
sold out records are identified and listed.
users preorder vinyl until threshhold is reached.
repress is executed and delivered.
if you do use my idea please can I have a credit note.
oh and suppose this could work for tunes that may never make it to vinyl otherwise too. i.e. never pressed tunes are preordered until breakeven is certain.

I have a sneaking suspicion I know who did this track.
That being said, I 've notified the authorities and they are in route!!!!!!!
