Try the deep throat oscillator in massive with low octaves.
might have to add distortion/saturation/overdrive if you want a bigger sound.

I can't seem to get the sound just right ... anyone have a few minutes to spare to try it out for themselves?

Soundcloud i didnt have much time to spend on this, but heres what i did. just modulate pitch and wave table position untill it sounds right. ill spend some more time on this later. but keep in mind when doing things like this that the knobs have to be in just the right position. growl sounds in preticular. they are very "delicate"

You'll never get it identical. And tbh, you should just give up. It'll only end in you destroying your computer and your cat stuck in a vacuum. Try and make sounds LIKE it, but don't try and copy it.
