Jim Carrey should get another go at playing a villain in a film, he's really improved his ranges the last 10 years or so. He broke out of the Ace Ventura cage in my eyes.

I was dissapointed they picked the same villains everyone has already seen before. I wanted some obscure villains from the franchise. Oh well. Maybe the next reboot.

1) Bane was in Batman & Robin for about 5mins, and was fucking atrocious.

2) Selina Kyle's backstory fully deserves to be explored in the same way as the evolution of Bruce Wayne has been in the last two films.

3) Someone like Clayface/Mad Hatter/Solomon Grundy etc etc has limited appeal from a more grown up Batman film perspective. The only villian with any sort of potential in the rebooted films would be Holiday, but seeing as the Falcone crime family has been covered already even that wouldn't work too well.

bane, league of shadows are back and i think catwoman but dunno if she's a villan or not.

Yeah those are good points wub, but Scarecrow was a silly villain I think. Not a huge part in the films though.
Black Mask could have been cool, the whole Ed Gein/horror factor and all. Two-Face could have been brought back easily enough I think.

Trailer is average, but going off the first two, it will be rad.

Trailer is a bit slack, not sure how keen i am on Bane as the main villain either, but Tom Hardy is fucking wicked... Should be just as amazing as the others.

trailer is decent! The success of the last two films is more than enough guarantee this will be amazing. Nolan & Co have done a grand fucking job.

cant wait for this, these nolan batman films are the best superhero movies out imo. i didnt see the hype about Joker in the last one, he was good but i wasnt getting gassed over it like everyone else was.

sort of pissed that this is the last one though

would be cool if it had bane in it, and i mean BANE, not some faggy 2 bit representation like they did to venom in spiderman 3.
