Independence Free has a nice tambourine patch. it's a 1GB download though because it comes packed with a bunch of other samples too. but still worth it, imho.

go on warbeats, download the machine RAR files they've got on there for free, 214 drum machines worth of samples. Theres some tambourines in there.
