Anyone use or know anything about these cans? Looking at the v-moda crossfade lp and crossfade m-80 wondering if anyone has opinions on how these sound i love the build quality which is why im interested. I also have been looking at the aiaiai tma-1 primarily due to the build quality same question anyone have any opinions on the sound.

Other than these cans im looking at the sennheiser but i feel like they are the go to for midrange headphones and often high end so i wanted to look at other brands first.

I would be useing these headphones for djing primarily and semi often for production.
Currently i have shure srh750djs and they sound good but the build quality is bad imo broke twice so far and i have not dropped them. However i have been able to fix them into working order both times.

I have a feeling people either don't own or like these headphones lol

Sorry i've never heard of those headphones, but for what it's worth i just got some KRK headphones and i like them a lot. They sound very detailed, though i can't compare them to other high end headphones because the only other ones i have experience with are the Sennheiser EH-2200 and i have not had those for a couple of years so can't compare.

One feature worthy of note on these KRK headphones is that the frequency response range is 5Hz-23 kHz, which extends a bit further into the bass frequencies than most headphones i've seen (I think the ATH-M50 does 10Hz.)
So, theoretically, at least these have a slight edge over other headphones for the type of music people tend to make around here.

I have no personal experience, but I have heard good things about the AIAIAI, I can try to find out some more details ...

Sony MDR V-6 has 5–30,000 Hz frequency response.

Headphones - like monitors and DAWs - are a very personal choice. I can't think of a brand/model that has 100% consensus - all of em have as many disciples as they do haters.

Personally, I love my V6s. Been using em for years and will continue to do so - love the bass response, I find them to be crisp and detailed (without being too bright or sharp) and most important, I can use them for ages without fatigue. On the other hand, I have never liked Sennheisers even though there are hordes that swear by em. So like lots of gear - they aren't necessarily for everyone, but they certainly are right for me.
